Calibration system

Calibration of torque sensor

Calibrate torque sensor is based on the principles of mechanics, namely, specific values varying lengths of the levers and the exact weight and requires very expensive test equipment. For calibration of torque sensors in accuracy class 1 is easiest to use a non-rotating reference torque sensor TB1A. it has, for example, the deviation of the linearity, hysteresis including less than ± 0,03% and less sensitivity tolerance ± 0,1%. The picture shows the test stand is very simple design, which is used as an amplifier MGCplus.

Additional benefits: TB1A torque sensor is used instead of a mechanical test bench at the torque sensor calibration for accuracy class 1 or below.

The calibration of the test equipment

The test equipment must be periodically inspected for accuracy, including after the repair or replacement of its separate parts. Testing mechanisms are divided into classes according to their accuracy. Therefore, the force measuring device is required to verify the modes of operation of these mechanisms should also have a certain class of accuracy and official calibration certificate. a force measuring device requirement contained in national standards. When testing Z4A force reference sensor It is set in the measuring system instead of the span. Given load mechanism gradually from zero to its final value. Comparison of the measurement results indicates an error of the sensor used in the test equipment.

Additional benefits: Features Z4A precision force transducer for the measurement of compression / tensile force:  range of nominal force of 20 kN ... 500 kN; can be classified with DKD calibration certificate according to ISO 376; long-term stability.
